Former NBA player, Bobby Jones, jersey is being retired for having been an integral part of the 1982-83 Championship Season, during the game between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Indiana Pacers on January 21, 2008 at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The ghetto looking mascot, HIP HOP (actual name) raising his SpiderMan-ish hand to Bobby Jones also had his #76 jersey retired along with his weird looking tail.
