BOWEN TO MIAMI next year?

MIAMI, MAAAAN - Bruce Bowen #12 of the San Antonio Spurs salutes Miami Heat Owner Micky Arison on January 24, 2008 at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida.

Arison was apparently fined 14 million by the NBA for tampering as an unidentified source, overheard Arison tell Bowen to sign with Miami before the start of the fourth quarter.
